* WHEN...From Tuesday evening to Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not
  protected by levees.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow evening to a crest of 18.3 feet early Wednesday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
