FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central
  Illinois.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The wind direction is expected to shift from
  southwesterly Thursday night to westerly Friday morning.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
