WASHINGTON, Ill. – A pedestrian has died after a crash in Washington on Friday night.
25 News reports the crash occurred at around 6:00 P.M. near the intersection of Route 8 and South Summit Drive.
Tazewell County Coroner Charles Hanley confirmed the pedestrian had died, but did not offer further details.
Police were reportedly investigating a white pickup truck at the crash scene.
Traffic was reduced to one lane during the police response.
