PEORIA, Ill. – Arson appears to be the cause of a fire in Peoria late Tuesday night that caused $60,000 damage.
Fire Battalion Chief Josh Martin says when crews arrived at 11:48 p.m., they found smoke and fire coming from a two-story home in the area of N. Missouri and E. Nebraska.
Fire was found on both the first and second floors of the home.
No injuries were reported at the scene.
