PEORIA, Ill. — An arrest has been made after a stabbing just after midnight Friday morning at the Crusens on Farmington Road.
Justin Wills of Peoria has been arrested and charged with aggravated battery with deadly weapon and reckless conduct.
Peoria County Sheriff Brian Asbell says two people were stabbed on the premises.
“One of the victims does have multiple stab wounds that are considered significant,” Asbell said.
Asbell said the other victim had a large laceration to their upper body. Both victims were transported to a local hospital.
At the time, an investigation continues and was concentrated on one suspect.
Earlier reports of a loaded firearm at the bar, around 11:45 p.m. Thursday, does not appear to be related to this incident, according to Asbell.
