PEORIA, Ill. — After an employee received a positive COVID-19 test, Double A’s Pizza announced Monday it would be closing for an undetermined amount of time, while management figured out its course of action.
A Facebook post read “out of an abundance of caution we have decided to close the restaurant for the remainder of the day.
“During this time we will be working with our staff to determine what steps need to be taken to ensure their safety and the safety of our guests moving forward.”
An employee told WMBD News management was conferring with the Peoria City/County Health Department on reopening plans.
