IDPH also reported one of the lowest 24-hour death tolls since testing began, with six.
30,012 lab tests were given during that time.
The rolling seven-day positivity rate remained at 3%.
Since testing began in March, there have been 154,799 cases and 7,193 deaths.
1,362 Illinoisans were in hospitals across the state because of coronavirus, with 334 in intensive care unit beds and 136 on ventilators.
