PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man arrested last month after a search warrant was conducted on an East Bluff home faces new federal charges in the case.
A federal grand jury filed charges Tuesday accusing Raphael Thompson, 34, of Possession of Methamphetamine and Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm with Drug Trafficking, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
The indictment superceded one previously filed in the case.
Thompson is due in federal court April seventh. He could go to trial in the case as soon as May 9th.
