PEORIA, Ill. — Northwoods Mall in Peoria is turning an empty parking lot into a drive-in theater beginning this weekend through July 11.
Free family-friendly movies will be shown each Friday and Saturday nights at 9 p.m., beginning this Friday, June 19. Cars will be admitted beginning at 8 p.m.
The first movie lineup in the “Free Cinema Under The Stars” series will be “Instant Family” and “Transformers/Bumblebee”.
Movie-goers are asked to secure free tickets through Eventbrite. Space is limited.
