SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Illinois saw 625 new cases of COVID-19 from Tuesday to Wednesday to go along with 78 new deaths.
Three of those deaths were in Peoria County: a female in her 80s, a male in his 80s, and a female in her 90s.
Those three deaths were associated with long-term care.
Those figures brought the state’s totals to 129,837 cases and 6,095 deaths since testing began.
The rolling seven-day positivity rate remained at 4%.
