PEORIA, Ill. — The Peoria City/County Health Department Sunday reported a total of 418 positive cases of COVID-19, an increase of seven cases in the past 24 hours, but no new deaths were reported.
315 positive cases are in Peoria County, Tazewell County has a total of 80 cases and Woodford County reported one new positive case bringing its total to 23.
The Tri-County recovery rate is now 64.1% Those home isolating is 25.1% and hospitalized cases are at 6.2%.
The total number of deaths from COVID-19 since the pandemic began stands at 19. The latest death was reported Saturday, a woman in her 70s in Tazewell County.
