PEORIA, Ill. – In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, UnityPoint Health has announced some changes that affect staff across the board.
Staff who work in areas not operating at capacity will see furloughs and hour reductions.
Certain staff members, like support and administrative, will see a reduction in allotted hours.
Executives will be taking an average of a 15% pay cut.
UnityPoint said it will continue to provide benefits and limited financial support for affected team members.
