FULTON COUNTY, Ill. – One man is dead and two others are injured after a three-vehicle accident Monday afternoon in Fulton County.
Our news partner 25 News reports the coroner pronounced Alex Oller, 22, of Cuba, dead at the scene.
Sheriffs Department officials say Oller was eastbound on Illinois 9 near Canton when it rear-ended a vehicle turning in to a private driveway around 2:12 p.m.
Oller’s vehicle then entered a westbound lane striking another vehicle.
The two other people hurt were taken to a Canton hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
