* WHERE…Portions of west central Illinois.
* WHEN…Until 3 pm CST today.
* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
This is especially true where snow fell during the night, as
secondary roads remain slushy and quick stops will be
difficult.
