PEORIA Ill. – Bradley University announces a new tuition program…
It’s called “The Bradley Commitment” and is geared towards helping high-achieving high school students, get access to quality higher education.
The program will cover all eligible incoming freshman’s costs of tuition and fees, something Vice President for Enrollment, Dr. Angie Cooksy, says will be available to every student who qualifies.
“Right now, it’s as many that are eligible and certainly if we get to a certain point, where we have to have a cap, that’s a different type of conversation which means we are really reaching so many students and today I want to make sure this is a place that is accessible and affordable for all,” Dr. Angie Cooksy said.
Eligible students must have at least a 2.8 accumulative G-P-A, be under the age of 24, be an Illinois resident, be Pell Grant eligible, have a family annual gross income (AGI) must be $65,000 or less, and be enrolled full-time for the fall and spring semesters.
Dr. Cooksy further explains the new tuition program.
“First year students, applying to our on-campus programs are automatically reviewed for admission and academic scholarships, at the time they apply. By then filing FAFSA when it becomes available, families meeting the eligibility requirements will automatically receive funding necessary, to fully cover their Bradley tuition for the following year,” Dr. Cooksy said.
Incoming freshman are invited to apply now.
