PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police have arrested a 32-year-old man for attempting to steal an ATM machine on Aug. 15 in front of Theo’s Ice Cream.
Video showed the suspect trying to steal the machine in the early morning hours, which damaged the ATM.
On Wednesday, police located Joshua Bowen, the suspect identified, in the 2700 block of W. Lincoln where he was taken into custody.
Bowen was arrested after being interviewed for Felony Criminal Damage to Property and attempted Felony Theft.
