Peoria Police responded to a shooting on Trewyn Avenue just after 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Upon arrival, officers located a teenager who had been shot in the leg.
The teen was transported to a local hospital.
His injuries were believed to be non-life threatening.
There is no suspect information at this time.
