The Harshbarger family has lived on Kellar Parkway in Peoria for nearly 18 years. But, after torrential rains flooded their home last Friday, they are basically starting over.
Paul and Michelle Harshbarger waded through waist high water trying to save anything they could.
Julie Katolick is Michelle’s sister.
“The way the house is set up is part of the issue, because tt’s a split level. I mean, it (the water) was coming through the vents. It was coming through the windows.”
