* At 947 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
One to 2 inches of rain has fallen since 830 am in some areas,
especially over Stark county. Storms will continue through late
morning and will produce some additional locally heavy rain.

Galesburg, Lacon, Chillicothe, Abingdon, Knoxville, Henry, Elmwood,
