PEORIA, Ill. – A report of one person shot in North Peoria turned out to be two people shot.
That’s according to Peoria Police, who went to North University inbetween Candletree and Kingsway Drives, at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday.
Initially, a police spokesperson says one male was found to have been shot, but another person injured was found not far away.
Both were taken to the hospital with what were described as serious injuries.
