Peoria Police were called to the 100 block of E. Illinois Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
Traffic is blocked to the area.
Peoria Public Information Officer Amy Dotson has not released any information.
Just after 10:30 a.m., police surrounded the home, but did not go inside.
