PEORIA, Ill. — Two people were transported to a local hospital Wednesday morning after a three-vehicle accident in north Peoria.
One of the vehicles was driven by a Peoria County Sheriff’s deputy, Sheriff Brian Asbell said.
The deputy was injured in the crash.
The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. in the 7800 block of Grand Prairie Drive.
Illinois State Police are investigating.
