Severe storms could roll into the Peoria area Thursday evening.
News partner 25 News Chief Meteorologist Chuck Collins says the main concerns are damaging winds over 60 miles per hour and large hail, but a tornado or two cannot be ruled out with this storm system.
Collins says isolated storms will start firing mid to late afternoon Thursday, but a line of severe storms will quickly move across the Peoria area between 6-8 Thursday evening.
