SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Illinois Gov. J-B Pritzker will deliver his State of the State and budget address virtually at noon Wednesday.
According to Pritzker’s press secretary, the State of the State and budget address will be combined due to the challenges the state is facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
