PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Public Schools students will be attending class from the comfort of their own homes for a second straight day.
With temperatures forecasted to plummet into the low single digits during the Monday-Tuesday overnight period, the district decided late Monday to declare Tuesday another remote learning day.
All procedures will continue as they did on Monday, with students set to log into classes via Microsoft Teams. Students who learn on Acellus and Edgenuity will proceed normally.
Separate “A” and “B” days will not be observed.
