PEORIA, Ill. (25 News) – Several cars were broken into at two apartment complexes in North Peoria over the weekend.
Peoria Police told 25 News that the burglaries happened early Saturday morning in the area of The Village on University just off N. University Street and the Grove Apartments on West Candletree Drive.
A police spokesperson would only say “multiple” vehicles were burglarized.
Details about what was stolen from the vehicles and whether there were any suspects were not released. Peoria Police also did not say if the break-ins were committed by the same people.
