MORTON, Ill. – Scattered power outages are reported in the Tri-County area after last night’s storms.
At its peak, Ameren Illinois reported 858 customers without power, mainly in the Morton area. The number of customers affected in Tazewell County was down to eight Saturday morning, according to Power Outage dot U.S.
25 News reports two to three inches of rain fell in the Stark and Marshall County area, around 2.5 inches in Fulton County and three to four inches in McDonough County.
The Quad Cities was deluged with 4 to 8 inches of rain with reports of a tornado touching down in Davenport, Iowa.
