A three-sided parking garage near the Hopedale Medical Complex and village hall there collapsed, according to emergency managers and 25 News.
The Weather Service had a 62-mile-per-hour thunderstorm wind gust reported in Delavan.
Downed trees or branches were reported in some parts of Tazewell and Fulton Counties, as well as rural McLean County.
