FAIRBURY, Ill. – A Fulton County man is in trouble with the law in Livingston County for allegedly trying to have sex with a minor.
Police in Fairbury say Richard Tucker, 44, of Farmington was arrested Sunday on charges of Indecent Solicitation of a Child, Traveling to Meet a Child, and Exploitation of a Child.
Officers say an investigation determined Tucker had communication with a child under the age of 15, and had agreed to meet that person at a location in Fairbury where Tucker was arrested.
Tucker is believed to be jailed in Livingston County.
