PEORIA, Ill. – A presumably now-former doctor with OSF Saint Francis Medical Center now faces significantly more charges for allegedly recording employees in women’s restrooms.
The Peoria County State’s Attorney says 55 more counts of Unlawful Video Recording have been filed against Henry Chang, 28.
Chang was arrested initially a week ago, after an employee saw a video camera drop from a hiding spot in a restroom.
Authorities now believe Chang hid cameras in two restrooms, and detectives have discovered more than 100 recordings on the man’s computers.
Recording had gone on for more than a month.
Because Chang posted bond at the time of his original arrest and has been released from custody, a warrant in the amount of $115,000 has been issued.
