PEORIA, Ill. – Two people have been injured after a late-morning two-vehicle crash in Peoria.
Peoria Police say it happened near Gale and Forest Hill prior to 11 a.m. Thursday in the vicinity of a gas station, and caused the road to be closed during clean-up.
Officials say first responders had to pry a door off one of two cars involved in order to get a driver out.
Two women – were taken to the hospital. The extent of injuries is unclear, as is what caused the crash.
