PEORIA, Ill. – Severe weather is definitely a possibility again Wednesday afternoon and evening in the Peoria area.
25 News First Alert Chief Meteorologist Chuck Collins says a cold front will result in scattered showers and thunderstorms after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
“A couple storms could be severe with large hail and damaging winds. This won’t be a widespread situation, so some of you won’t see severe weather,” Collins says.
Collins says the best chance of severe storms is along and east of the Illinois River on Wednesday.
