PEKIN, Ill. – A rural Pekin employer has at least some damage following a late-morning fire.
Officials say Pekin and seven other fire departments responded to Woodworker’s Shop on Manito Road prior to noon Wednesday.
25 News reports the exact cause of the fire is unknown, but the fire was believed to be contained to the shop’s dust collector system.
Part of the Manito Blacktop is closed because of the fire.
