PEORIA, Ill. – Farmers in Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties are eligible to apply for loans to cover damage incurred from spring storms.
The three are part of 49 contiguous counties eligible for Farm Service Agency Loans. 29 counties in the state that were affected more severely are also eligible.
The physical loss loans are available for those who suffered damage from tornadoes, lightning, high winds, and hail from storms between March 31st and April 16th.
