PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man who’s been in jail the last several weeks has officially been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of Dissemination of Child Pornography.
The indictment says that around mid-February, Andrew Harrison, 35, distributed a video of a child under the age of 18 having sexual contact with another person.
Harrison remains held in the Peoria County Jail on $50,000 bond, and is now scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
