Police say it happened just before midnight on North Idaho. A male had been shot in the leg there, and police say officers applied a tourniquet to stop the bleeding until fire and an ambulance could get there and take him to the hospital.

The car was later found on West Gift Street thanks to a license plate reader, with two juvenile girls and a 17-year-old male inside.
