EAST PEORIA, Ill. – A home in East Peoria had to be torn down after a fire Saturday evening.
East Peoria Fire officials say crews were called to the home on Springfield Road near Season Drive at around 5:58 p.m.
Residents were home at the time, and they had to be alerted to it by neighbors.
Officials say the cause of the fire is under investigation, and no one was hurt.
