WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States needs “strong legislation” on banking regulation, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said on Wednesday, “hopefully” something bipartisan.
He added in comments to reporters that he has faith in Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, the U.S. Federal Reserve and President Joe Biden.
