PEORIA, Ill. – Former Reditus Labs CEO Aaron Rossi has allegedly violated conditions of his pre-trial release from custody at least five times.
That’s according to a decision made in a federal courtroom Thursday, as Rossi awaits trial on federal tax fraud-related charges from time prior to his run as CEO.
A judge has ordered Rossi to wear a GPS ankle bracelet and stick to a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
This, as 25 News reports he tested positive for methamphetamine in his system at least five times in the last year.
Rossi could go to trial in the federal case as soon as next month.
A civil lawsuit against Rossi is still going through the legal system in Tazewell County.
