PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man who was at one point employed by a local school district has pleaded guilty to a charge of Possession of Child Pornography.
Peoria County Circuit Court records indicate Robert Ham, 41, was supposed to go on trial Monday, but he instead pleaded guilty to a charge of Possession of Child Pornography.
In exchange, prosecutors dropped another child porn charge.
Ham was a math teacher in the Hartsburg-Emden School District when he was arrested in February.
The superintendent there said at the time Ham was placed on administrative leave, pending the outcome of the case. Ham is no longer listed on their website.
Ham will be sentenced December 7th.
