EUREKA, Ill. – A Woodford County man has pleaded not guilty to charges accusing him of having sex with a 14-year-old girl at a local campground.
25 News reports Jose Emmett, 25, made the plea to charges of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
Emmett’s address is the same as that of Timberline Campground, and the contact happened June 14th and 26th.
Police say Emmett was an employee of the campground at the time, but it’s not clear if he’s still employed there.
