PEKIN, Ill. – The case of four teenagers accused in a murder-for-hire plot in Tazewell County is being delayed again.
This time, court records indicate, because attorneys for one of the teens — Andre Street, 17, — are asking for him to remain in the juvenile detention center until the case is over. Street turns 18 in August.
Another hearing is scheduled for June 27.
Street, Nathaniel Maloney, 18, Sage Raeuber, 19, and a 17-year-old female all face murder charges for the death of 51-year-old Rebecca Bolin late last October in rural Mackinaw.
52-year-old Doug Bolin was also shot in their home, but survived.
