PEORIA, Ill. — A Fulton County man is now facing indictment on three charges of attempted first-degree murder for an incident from late last year.
Fulton County Sheriff Jon Webb confirmed the arrest, detainment — and later the indictment of 39-year-old Adam Reed.
Details about why prosecutors would pursue these charges against Reed are not precisely known, however he is linked to an altercation and shooting in Fulton County from November 27th, 2021, which left two men wounded, one shot and one stabbed.
Turns out Reed was one of those men.
Fulton County’s Sheriff says a warrant for Reed’s arrest went out April 1 and Reed later turned himself in and paid off a 500-thousand dollar bond on April 4.
He’s now reportedly out of jail on bond awaiting his next court date.
