PORT HURON, Mich. – After losing their first game in the NJCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, the Illinois Central College women finished strong.
The fourth-seeded Cougars won their remaining games in the tournament, allowing them to place seventh in the tournament. They defeated 14th-seeded Oakland Saturday, 83-53.
The Cougars finish their season 27-10.
