FARMINGTON, Ill. – A Farmington restaurant that lost its home after a recent fire will soon officially.
Asher’s Bar and Grille was destroyed by fire around Thanksgiving of last year — one of three businesses that were heavily damaged or destroyed by fire that week.
Now, the owners say on social media they will be moving to a location in Pekin, across from the Tazewell County Courthouse.
They call the decision “bittersweet”, but came about due in part to a lack of available real estate in Farmington.
The restaurant has been operating out of a food truck as of late.
