(Reuters) – Microsoft Corp is considering a deal to buy cybersecurity firm Mandiant Inc, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
Microsoft did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Mandiant declined to comment.
