PEORIA, Ill. – Two people were injured following a two-vehicle accident early Saturday morning in Peoria.
Peoria Firefighters say the accident happened around 1:30 a.m. at Charter Oak Road and War Memorial Drive.
They say the “Jaws of Life” were used to get both people out of their vehicles.
The two were taken to local hospitals for treatment. No word on their conditions, and no word on the cause of the crash.
