PEKIN, Ill. — Three teens charged in the shooting death of Rebecca Bolin and the shooting of her husband Douglas Bolin in their rural Mackinaw home pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.
Nathaniel Maloney, 18, and Sage Raeuber, 19 appeared in Tazewell County Court via zoom while Andre Street, 17, was in the court in street clothes, according to news partner 25 News.
All three faces charges of first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, and home invasion.
Maloney and Street also face an additional count of aggravated discharge of a firearm.
All three are due back in court Jan. 3 for a scheduling hearing with a trial scheduled for Jan. 2.
