PEKIN, Ill. — A former Pekin fire captain accused of sexually assaulting a woman who rented from him in August was in Tazewell County Court Wednesday.
Jamie Evans, 52, pleaded not guilty to felony sexual assault with force.
Evans previously pled not guilty during a hearing and requested a jury trial.
He will be back in court on January 3 for a scheduling hearing.
