UPDATE 3:20 p.m. — Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood has identified the man killed Monday night as 23-year-old Labaron Duff, of Peoria.
Duff suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and likely died instantly. He was pronounced dead at OSF just after 9:30 p.m.

PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police responded just before 9 p.m. Monday to a ShotSpotter alert of multiple rounds fired in the 1300 block of S. Griswold.
Officers found a man who had been shot multiple times in the 2400 block of West Starr.
“First responding officers immediately began emergency life-saving measures until Peoria firefighters, paramedics and AMT took over care,” Sgt. Amy Dotson said.
The victim was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A short time later, police said a second victim arrived at a hospital, with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. That person was listed in stable condition.
Star Liquor, in the 2400 block of W. Starr, was also struck by gunfire.
PPD said Monday night that no arrests had been made and no suspect information was available.
“The victim’s identity will be released by the Peoria County coroner at the conclusion of an autopsy,” Dotson said.
